BattlePass is a service that you access over the internet with a standard web browser. Its features include automatic updates to your website, online ticket sales, integrated credit card processing, a point-of-sale system for phone and walkup orders, detailed sales reporting, and email marketing.
Because the system is web-based, there is no special hardware to buy, no software to install and no costly upgrades. All you need is a computer and an internet connection (preferably high-speed).
BattlePass allows you to access all of its features from any internet-connected computer, so you can run your box office without being in your box office.

Automatic Website Updates
BattlePass makes sure your website is up-to-date and looking great - automatically. As you enter events into BattlePass, they show up on your website automatically. As time goes on, your BattlePass-powered site keeps itself up to date, always displaying the most current information about your upcoming and archived events. Here are some of the automatically updating pages you will get with BattlePass:
Spotlight Page
You decide which events deserve special attention; these events are automatically displayed on the Spotlight Page, and automatically roll off when the event completes.
Event Details Pages
Each event you enter into the system gets its own Event Details page where you can display any information you wish, including pictures and hyperlinks. Use this page to show the whole fight card, complete with a bio, record, and video highlight reel for each fighter.
Buy Tickets Pages
Each event also gets its own Buy Tickets page, where customers choose the number and type of tickets they wish to purchase. For reserved seating events, you decide if customers can choose their own seats, or whether to automatically assign the "best available seats." When the order is complete, the customer is automatically transferred to the Order Confirmation page, and a confirmation email is sent.

Online Ticket Sales and Virtual Box Office
The coolest feature of BattlePass is the ability to sell tickets online. It?s like having a 24 / 7 employee, always willing and able to help your fans get tickets. Every ticket gets its own secure, unique barcode, to ensure that no fakes or copies get through.

Credit Card Processing
BattlePass comes with credit card processing built-in. We handle all the gory details of authorizing transactions and transferring funds from the customer's account to yours. And we do it 100% securely with 128-bit SSL encryption, the standard for e-commerce.
Each ticket order paid for by credit card has a corresponding payment transaction, so if you ever need to refund an order or apply a discount, you can credit the original card without having to get the cardholder's information again.
For taking money at the door, credit cards can be swiped right into the system, letting you get your customers in the door very quickly. Ask one of our sales reps how you can get this equipment free of charge when you sign on with us.
Get your money quickly
We have two options for getting you the funds from your credit card transactions:
Option 1
For those without a credit card merchant account, we accept the funds on your behalf and transfer them to you weekly.
Option 2
For others, we connect BattlePass to your credit card merchant account so that funds are transferred directly from the buyer to you.
Want funds transferred directly to you, but don't have a credit card merchant account? No problem. We have strong relationships with several merchant account providers who can offer competitive rates on credit card processing. We'll guide you through the process of establishing your merchant account, and connect it to your BattlePass account once it's active.
Sales reports
There?s no better way to increase sales for an event than by looking at the actual sales data. Our sales reports can show you detailed information for one event at a time, or for all events in a given time period. And our customer reports let you see who your most loyal fans are.
Here are just a few of the questions our customizable reports can answer for you:
- Which are the most effective promotional methods to drive ticket sales?
- How many of last night's tickets were sold online? Over the phone? At the door?
- How much money am I making by allowing customers to print their own tickets at home?
